We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at mindsettsolutions@mail.com with the following information:
- Name used to place the order
- Last 4 digits of the card used for purchase
- Specific reason for the return or exchange
- Confirmation that the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review and respond to your request.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods and associated costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
